- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do most of our projects by estimating the cost of the project, and sticking with our estimate. If the client adds something new then the price will have to change, but the price we give is what we stick with, even if it ends up taking us a little longer than we anticipate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interview new customers to find out their expectations and goals for the project. Once we have a solid understanding of what they're looking for, we get started on the design. Each step of the design requires interaction and approval from the customer to make sure they are happy with our progress along each step of the way. Given the creative/artistic nature of our work, we don't want to get ahead of ourselves if the customer is envisioning something a little differently than what we are providing. We always make revisions to the project as the customer requests them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many designers and programmers with fantastic track records and many years of experience. Fresh Look has been in business for 10 years and we have over 150 current, happy customers.
