Introduction: I love helping people reach their goals and work through difficult issues in their life. I've helped many people make positive changes in their lives to get them on to a place where they can confidently make good decisions. I've dealt with issues varying from stress management, relationships, developing positive habits and career counseling. I strive to make my clients be the best they can be. With positive encouragement and some basic techniques I've learned in my life, I can provide great assistance in reaching life goals. I've done much research in life challenges that has helped me assist others to reach their full potential. I'm currently doing in-depth training in psychology and life coaching. My life experiences along with my training make me a great fit for anyone looking to make improvements in their life to achieve their goals. I love helping people reach their goals. I also love helping people achieve their dreams. I have a passion for assisting people with issues that are hurdles to overcome to reach their full potential. I've had many life experiences which only help me be more capable to help others. I've spent many years working on being a better me.. through self discovery, counseling and most importantly making good choices to get me to the place I am in my life today. My hope is to help others get the most out of their lives so they are truly living and enjoying a better life.
