- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All resume designs are $99. If you want your resume designed and written we charge $199. If you want your own online resume timeline the cost is $199.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have our new customers fill out our short online form which helps us get to know them. From there we design and develop their resume. We stay in constant communication with them throughout the entire process. Within 3 days their resumes are ready for canvassing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in design software, web development, and content writing. They all hold professional certifications, college degrees, and experience that make them strong assets to the process.
