FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair for not only our customers, but to pay a substantial amount to our cleaning technicians to assure we can keep longevity within our company, and they are paid greatly to do a great job every time. We love to say people always go the extra mile when we make it worthwhile. We've had employees to take on emergency clients being we offer them a pay that will assure it will be rewarding for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to speak with customer and take notes on what their needs are and find ways to solve them. Whether it's being overwhelmed by their schedule and they are new to opening their home to a cleaning service or if they're upset about not getting adequate services with their current provider. I am an listening ear to find a great plan price and way to help every customer. I've even had customers I never met that had to trust a great job would be done on their home while in another state.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have was alongside of my business coach who has had 25 years of cleaning expertise through taking a 6 month online success academy catered to cleaning businesses. However, I am always learning and will be enrolling in more courses as I continue to grow and the industry change.
