FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I give private lessons at either my home or the home of my clients I am able to offer lower rates than if my lessons were held at a studio. My private mat lessons are 15 dollars/hour and private equipment lessons are 45 dollars/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the first lesson I will talk with the client to get an understanding of what they would like to accomplish in their sessions and observe them doing various exercises to get a base line of their strength and flexibility and postural alignment. After that the lessons will flow into muscle toning and lengthening and will be more individually geared towards what the client wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 500 hours of Pilates certification training in both the mat and Pilates equipment, including teaching, observation, apprenticeship and studying. I have been teaching both equipment and mat classes and private lessons for over two years now and have had nothing but positive reviews from my clients.
