- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing structure is suited by the needs of the customer. Hourly rate is $25.00. Always reasonable, fair and in favor of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to know the details of the request and work involved. I like to communicate in a manner that is suiting to them. I am very easy to work with and take directions well. I am a quick learner if it is something that needs to be taught or is specific to the customer. I enjoy talking to you on the phone, texting, emailing any form of communication I am OK with. When given the opportunity I will go above and beyond.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a notary for over 6 years. I have done courthouse research since 2000. The past 2.5 years I have been a contractor as a Virtual Assistant for a few companies, Au-Pair Representative, Data Researcher, Data Entry Specialist and Small Business Owner to name a few.
