Introduction: I offer my services at reasonable pricing that are always within my customers budget. I make sure to make my customers aware of how the entire process of the job is going to work, as well as keep them informed of all progress and any issues I endure during the jobs process. I love doing my field of work because not only does it give me great satisfaction from what I've built, but also because I've helped someone build something they've dreamed of. There are few things more rewarding in this industry than the customers smile upon the completion of a job.

Inquired with Cody to have some brick painted on our house. His price was amazing and his work was even better. He came out on the coldest day of the year and still knocked it out of the park! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for other projects!

Had some misc. things I needed done around the house, fixing some tiles and grout, Cody was very professional. Gave me a fair price, work was completed in a timely manor, very pleased with the quality. I would personally recommend for your repair or renovation needs.

First off the job was done very subpar and not very professional. Item 1-Homeowner requested the entire bathroom to be painted and trim work painted with 2 coats of paint. Actual work completed was sloppy painting and the contractor didn't even have the basic materials to do the job which the homeowner had to provide for the painting to be done. Also the contractor tried to imply the agreed estimate didn't even include painting. Contractor even stated he wasn't a painter even though agreed to do the painted when the job scope was discussed. Also one coat of paint was put on the walls and the trim work was never done. Needs to be repainted and has not been corrected. Item 2-Homeowner requested to have vanity painting and refurbish to white finish. The job done by the contract was an amateur job as he only painted over the varnish instead of sanding it down and then painting it those causing the paint to chip and appear very unprofessional. We agreed on sanding down so the paint would adhere to wood. Less then a month later the paint is already chipping away. Item 3-Homeowner requested to have trim around vanity replaced. Actual work after contractor stated the job was ready for inspection was no trim was replaced. Homeowner had to point out to contractor that he had agreed with homeowner to replace this. He then failed to replace all of the trim and still has not come back to correct this even after numerous calls and texts with agreements he would correct. Item 4-Homeowner requested contractor to smooth walls. Actual work completed was some smoothing was done but many issues with the walls have not been smoothed out and actually the contractor attempted to hide imperfections. Shows imperfections at final inspection and was assured he would come correct them again they have not been corrected to date. Item 5-Requested items to be hung . Items were hung uneven and crooked. Again promised by contractor he would correct and yet they have not been corrected. My opinion is I would be leery of hiring his services as he doesn't stand behind his work. He also doesn't have a lot of the equipment needed to do jobs and will expect the homeowner to supply equipment and materials the contractor should have as a contractor. In my opinion he doesn't have the experience he will state to do jobs and does them without the knowledge he states he has. I also would not pay him until he completes the job completely to your satisfaction. Please feel free to contact me if anyone would like to see pictures of the work completed by this individual.

I base my prices from industry standards. Wether it be by the sq ft, hourly, with or without materials included, completely depends on the type of job it is.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers so I can look at the job they are inquiring about, to not only get a feel and good eyeball on the scoop of work, but to achieve an understanding of the customer themselves that will allow me to give them a more adequate finished product of what they're looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing interior and exterior home remodels and repairs for over 8 years now, and along the way have picked up an attention to detail and care that sets my work apart from most.
