DJs Bartending

Introduction: I recently graduated from Wsky Lounge's Apprenticeship program. It's a program that requires a vast knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail history. We are trained to be fast and efficient but still make tasty drinks. Before graduation you are required to pass a rigourous speed test and know 100 classic cocktails. I believe graduating the program helps me to stay competitive in the bartending industry. I love being behind the bar and making cocktails. I love the interaction with the guest and making them the perfect drink in that moment.
