These guys were INSANELY good! Jason was legit and knew exactly what he was doing and had some great ideas that I would've never thought of had he not been there. I had other companies come out to give me quotes and they were incredibly boring and acted like they didn't care at all (which is not a good vibe to get from someone when spending a lot of money). Jason and his team were all over it and I could tell that they really cared about my needs and about doing the best job they could. I can't recommend these guys enough. I'll be using them in the future for sure and I HIGHLY recommend you do the same. Best service, ever!Aug 11, 2017Verified
I'll try not to make this long since most people won't read it if it's too long. First, we feel scammed. Jason seemed knowledgeable. Project started a week late, we're two weeks over the approx. finish date. I have been through numerous texts, calls, emails, etc. trying to get uneven cuts of wood, still not caulked correctly, and overall horrible experience. Unreliable with his schedule and the work is just really poor for a construction company. I made a huge mistake hiring him, but have hired a contracting consultant, taken plenty of pictures, and consolidated all information/testimony into one file for my BBB complaint and prepared with a legal appointment next week. I already hired someone to fix the job since my husband and I are both active duty and our time is valuable that we have at home. I just wish we did't move so much to deal with these issues, but this by far is the worst. If you have extremely low standards and expectations, and have time for a legal battle this is your guy, otherwise seek a more professional company. In case you're curious about just a few of the photos I have: (1) they built a fancy wine rack without caulking openings, sanding, and painting...I have to pay to rip it out; (2) this was actually a cabinet called complete more than twice by them; (3) I had an oven box with trim put up with a 1/4" gap that was also skipped over more than twice; (4) they were also going to leave those screws up until I finally asked to have them removed...they painted around them. In the end it was a disaster and I'm glad I saved all communications and photos. Exactly what I enjoy doing with my family time...I would have left no stars if it was possible, but had to give them one.Nov 7, 2017
Show up when they say they will! He made arrangements with me to show up for estimate and never showed up. He never answered my texts either.Sep 22, 2017Jason H.'s reply
I am not sure who his is but please call me so I can rectify. I am not one to miss an opportunity for a new customer. 405-687-0810. Thank!
PrimeAll painted the outside trim on my rental property. They explained each step of the job so that I understood the process. The crew had weather challenges which made the job take longer than anticipated. However, when it was warm enough they came right back to finish. Brent and Jesus were hard workers and I am very pleased with the job they did.Dec 23, 2016Verified
