- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tier 1 pricing is basic lawn & property maintenance on a repeated basis Tier 2 gardening, plant & tree care, leaf and debris removal as well as tier 1 Tier 3 all of the above but with weekly attention to detail, clean-up after storms and landscape reinvention an/or re-invigoration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will chat or message to schedule about 15 minutes of time for me to come by, hear what the client wants and walk the grounds to be worked and maintained. We work on a budget and make sure there are no cost "surprises". I listen to your concerns and take notes. We agree on a price or plan then or soon after, billing is arranged and then, well, I get to work! I send pictures if your not there and ask "what do you think?" or "is that exactly what you wanted?". You can't communicate enough on these things initially. It's easy. Done the way you want and we keep on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of golf course maintenance and 6 years of private property maintenance, gardening & design.
