Worst app related service experience ever. From the initial phone contact with someone who clearly was on their first day, to the knuckleheads who showed up, looked at my lawn, called the office to complain that he grass was "overgrown" and left without speaking to me. How can you possibly quote the job without actually coming to the site? Task Easy thought they could quote this job from a satellite photo. The first contact gave me a quote based on square footage that was over 1000 ft.² more than what I actually had. Once that mistake was corrected, the price drop by a whopping three dollars! Then, when they finally got somebody scheduled, several days later, as I mentioned before, they showed up and left without once speaking to me. Task Easy? More like task frustrating!
