- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing is competitive but at the same time it shows the value we place on our work. we are considerate of the customer also we think about the distance, what equipment is used, is window cleaning involved, frig, oven. appliances can look like it won't be much work but considering what type it is the last time it was cleaned could mean more time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
always like to get the specifications on the job, ensure the customer they chose the right company for the job, let them understand the steps that would be taken to complete the job so they can understand completely what they are paying for, also I like to give other references
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken courses on different techniques and on blood borne pathogens, sanitizing, disinfecting porous non porous surfaces
