As a Life Coach I have had the opportunity to work with different clients from all walks of life. I've helped students to professionals and single parents to married couples. I will work with you to discover your true calling. I teach others to shift their energy and focus on what is truly important.

Life can be challenging and sometimes knock us off our feet. To get back up is easy for some, but there are quite a few of us that need a helping hand. "Sewing Into Your life " was that helping hand and put me on the path to a better quality of life. I am so thankful for this new lease on life.
