Walter did a photo shoot for my daughter as she was turning one. He was very patient, took plenty of pics and gave us suggestions for different poses as well as taking many "in the moment" pictures which are the best.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the client needs and location. With a phone call we can discuss the price and hours of a shoot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call would be a great start, but i know nowadays texting seems to do the trick as well. I'm open to either one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied graphic design in college, and have been working in marketing in the dental space over 10+ years now -- so photography has been an outlet to my creativity, started as a hobby and now as a weekend LA portrait and wedding photographer.
