Juan Felipe was the architect of our dream home... he helped us lovingly renovate and add a second story to our 1908 Silverlake craftsman. He was wonderfully creative and innovative while remaning completely respectful of our home's original style and character. He was always flexible and great at integrating our feedback. He was involved in every aspect of our house, from the initial paper sketches to the final paint swatches on our walls... our entire house is a loving example of his talent!

After interviewing numerous architects, we hired Juan Felipe to completely renovate the interior and exterior of our 1929, 2000 sf, Mediterranean home in Los Angeles, WITHOUT changing the footprint. He very creatively designed updated and improved use of the space without compromising any architectural integrity. A start to finish professional, JF is meticulous about detail, in design and execution, and will advocate for his clients at every turn. His knowledge of period and design is exceptional and he educated us and exposed us to style initially out of our comfort zone but now incorporated in a home we adore. Our project grew during the design process, which at first was daunting but each change made sense for the overall design and long term use of our home. We are thrilled with the results. We are grateful to JF and recommend him highly.
