- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tailor our pricing to the budget of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by offering you a preliminary menu that we write with your event in mind. We do not have a set of menus that you get to choose from. We have cooked all types of cuisine and can create nearly any menu that you desire. After more information gathering we create just the menu that you are looking for. We are full service caterers so we work closely together to assure that your event runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did not go to culinary school, but have on the job training since childhood. I have learned by reading, practicing and lots of trial and error.
