- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price list is extensive and is done via square foot, linear feet and square yard. Our removal process always includes the removal of debris to be hauled away (this is usually extra with other contractors). Our square foot price can be between $2.00 to $4.00 we do have other fees like re-arranging appliances to perform our work, removal of toilets, baseboards and transition cuts etc. We also have professional licensed & insured installers priced from $3.50 to $8.50 depending on your needs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in the old fashion way which is a home or business visit to meet in person. As much as we would like the perspective client to get to know us, we in-turn would like to meet the type of individual we may be entering into a contract with. Quality workmanship is very important to us and being family owned & operated, we hope by meeting in person will help to answer any questions one may have about who we are as a company and individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree and over 35 years in the construction trade with to many certifications to list here. I sold a commercial electrical company in 2002, moved to Florida and became a Project Manager for one of the largest contractors in Florida. My son was a 3rd year Med student when we started this business. Some say we were crazy to give up what we had, but we think we're passionate about what we do. Our goal is to satisfy every customer we are fortunate enough to work for and are blessed we can work together and share our knowledge with others if they want to learn.
