- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to represent a client, my fee is 2.5%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet with my clients to asses their needs. then we build a plan. For sellers I help them plan the things they need to do in order to sell the home for the best price. We also develop a marketing plan so that the seller knows exactly what we will do to market their home. For buyers, we sit down and do a buyers consultation where we asses the criteria of the home they want, finances and buying strategy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally I got involved in real estate as an investor, but I saw lots of opportunities to help people with their personal homes. A house is an investment and thus when I take this approach to working with my clients, it makes things so much clearer on how we need to approach it.
