customers should know that always a deal specialty when you have to repair more than one room you get a chance to get a deal
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure to explain three important things( The price on installation can be proved in two different ways, the first option that I can provide for my customers to install the carpet only and that's when the customers want to buy the carpet, the second option to have the professional get the materials and installation, also I explain to my customers how good I'm in my job and let them know that they will be satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for all types customers, I want to explain that I have all the ability to get any job done perfectly also I worked for Empire Today and Home depot for 12 years, I learned from the best and I do the best work.
