- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every menu quote is different. It depends on the type of event / number of ppl/ theme and budget. We try our best to work around our clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We typically do send an estimate than have a phone conversation that follows a personal meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The owners of Platter Matters are studied and trained in Europe and in the USA in CT with a degree of Hotel Management/ Catering. Serve safe certified Bartender certification
