FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a phone conversation. I explain how I work and what I do in order to provide full satisfaction. I then work with the customer to discuss product use. We can use their supplies (for example if they would like to go green) or we can bring our own (we buy and I provide a receipt later), but together we can reach an agreement. After this step, we work together to find a time in their schedule that works the best for them. I then like to find out the amount of detail the customer would like done when cleaning their house and then work together to find a time estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a hobby, I love my work so much that I started like that.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We cleaned was a four bedroom and four bathroom house. The house had been abandoned for five years and hadn’t been cleaned in more time than that. Our crew worked hard to make this place as spotless as possible and the customer was so happy at the end of the job that I received both a tip and several recommendations towards other people.
