Handyman Tom LLC
About this pro
Handyman Tom said he was interested in a job that I had. Tried calling and left voicemails and no reply back. Very unprofessional.Mar 2, 2018VerifiedTom M.'s reply
She marked me as hired at 1:08 this afternoon and gave me unfavorable feedback at 2:33, I don't know anyone that would have responded that fast. The good Handymen stay busy all year long, if you could have been a little more patient I would have scheduled you this coming week, I have 65, 5 star feedbacks, that's because I do my follow up. Sorry I could not help you ......
OMG! Tom saved my life! Very professional, proficient, skilled, friendly and his prices are very reasonable. I'll be calling him for his services for all of my work around my home for life! The quote was precise, he finished at the time that he said that he was going to be done and I give him an A+ 5 Star for Excellence! Tom is who everyone should hire, you'll see why - I promise.Nov 22, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rates are actually less than half of what the franchise " Handymen " offer. I offer competitive hourly rates based on Industry Standards, my flat rate but can be negotiable depending on the project. " A good handyman is not cheap, but a cheap handyman is not good "
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My goal is to give my customer a quality job at a fair price. I like to meet with them and discuss the project, offer money saving options if possible, and to be on-time and in communication with them through out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been buying and selling homes for 35 years, being hands on has been my training.
