FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon hourly rates for Personal Training and Group Training. We have found Group Training is a better price point for many. However, with a better price point, you give up personal attention. Either way you get a solid workout.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to understand where they want to go on their fitness journey. What do you want to accomplish? What do you want your body to look like? Then we want to know where you coming from. What injuries do you have, where is your body currently limited?
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started back in the 1980s, when Nautilus was popular. Back in the day when clubs hired personal trainers to instruct clients on how to use equipment properly. I have found, clients simply want a through full body workout. So a planned workout with just a little push, encouragement as they finish up the last few repetitions of a set. Fast forward many years. This is still very much about personal challenges. It is about encouragement, challenge, and stretch goals. And helping you get to where you want to go.
