Introduction: Think about it. If you train with a trainer one hour a week, you are with them .6% of your week. What significant changes can you expect from less than 1% of your week? Yes you will be sore for a day or few. Yes your body will become stronger. For significant change, you will need more. Not only, do we teach you how to workout, so you don't injure yourself. We also, challenge you to change your habits. And then we challenge you to workout on your own. These can be done through accountability. In most cases, it is simply picture. You know a picture is worth 1000 words. Remember that capability is increased through working out/training. Body changes are made "in the kitchen" (through nutrition by habits). We challnge you in both aspects, if that is what you want. Love it when clients switches "turn on," then we see significant change occur. Being a part of their transformation is great. Also, we enjoy helping people push through the barriers to create accomplishments of which they are proud. We love to take clients on adventures they never thought were possible. Recently, we have gone, rock climbing and accomplished Tough Mudder.

While I can't say I love the activity, (lets be honest, if I loved working out I'd be a trainer, not the girl who needs one) I can say I love the experience and the people. Right from the start, I was given a full assessment with a real talking to about goals and possibilities. My trainers really care, and have been there every step. They're realistic about telling you YOU have to be willing to work, while offering support and advise about work outs with them, without them, and even diet recommendations to really get me on my. If you're ready to make a change, you can't find a better place to start.

Dave is an excellent trainer. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition. He will go the extra mile to help you achieve goals. He is a great motivator and will push you to challenge yourself each week. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Trainers are knowledgeable, tough yet compassionate, they really care and are focused on you and not just when youre with them but throughout the week. Always there for any questions and guidance. A wonderful experience that keeps me coming back even over a year and a half now! They have helped me so much on My Journey after my gastric bypass surgery and are an intricate part of me getting rid of 317 pounds... from a 6x shirt 66 in waist to a Med shirt 32 in waist... and I have become stronger. When losing that much weight no matter how much protein you digest you will still have loss of muscle strength yet they helped me keep what was possible and now gain so much strength back. It's amazing how they have helped me and I am forever greatful.

Working with Dave at Reformed Fitness has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. At the beginning of 2016, I decided it was time to invest in myself, and began training with Reformed Fitness. Dave's encouragement, support, and attitude is all what gave me that push I needed to fully invest into my training...the switch "flipped". Training is a lot of hard work, but every session has been fun and fulfilling...I look forward to each time. He is knowledgeable and truly wants to see his clients succeed, which, to me, is the sign of an excellent personal trainer as it's not "just a job". I couldn't ask for better training on my road to fitness.
