FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Two guys 80 dollars an hour. I can promise you this, we can get a lot of work done in an hour. And if you are not totally satisfied, just ask me to the side and point out my indiscretions. I am not afraid of criticism, if anything it teaches me something I need to get in order. I feel that everyone learns everyday.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new Customer, First thing I like to do is talk with that person face to face, so we can say we have met, then I like to have a clear understanding on what the needs are so there is no confusion during this process. When we have made a deal, I can shake your hand, and not only are you my customer, you are also my friend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 17 years doing this work, no degree, just hands on, sometimes 7 days a week for months on end.
