Company raised their prices the day before installation. They stated that they offered a parts and labor warranty which is untrue. Also they didn’t strap down my unit properly.

Johnathan, I am very concerned to learn about your displeasure with our services, Swiss Air strives to be among the best in our industry and take our role as a nationwide leader very seriously. The fact that the price change on your system was do by your utility company kicking back the amount of your rebate, and any concerns you had could have halted the job completely. However, even if the job had proceeded you never expressed your concern with this change. I take responsibility if the representative did not explain the complete details of your rebates in a manner you understood, and the fact that the utility company has the final say in that matter. We do have you in the system for a 10 year parts and labor warranty on your air conditioner and indoor coil that indicates a 2027 expiration date and any questions/concerns should be directed to myself. In addition, we have never billed you for ANYTHING on your new A/C equipment, other than the initial install. You were charged a service fee to perform a safety inspection on the existing furnace that you neglected to change. Finally, we train our service professionals daily to perfect installation, service, and customer relations processes, that is what helps separate us from the majority of others. That being said, we take cases like yours very seriously, and train to prevent any shortcomings immediately, we move heaven and earth if need be to ensure our customers satisfaction.
