- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every keynote or workshop is a little different. I brainstorm with my clients to help them maximize their impact and stay within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
People who are interested in my services as a keynote speaker or workshop facilitator typically contact me for a free 30 minute consult. After I have learned about their needs, I will typically submit a detailed proposal to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified teacher and administrator in Illinois. I am a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation. I have created over a dozen unique workshops and have provided training to over 30 different schools/districts.
