- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate that is rounded up to the next half hour but the clock doesn’t start until we arrive at your location (so there is. I travel fee added to your bill). There are no hidden fees: you pay for us when we’re working for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do in-house moves (large pieces of furniture) or local moves. We don’t currently have our own trucks so we work with customers who rent their own truck (which allows for a much more affordable move for our customers)!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only way to train is through experience. We learned the right way to move things through trial and error over the years. Everyone can lift something, but it takes experience to lift it and position it correctly so as to not cause any damages to your items or your home.
