- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on packages, add-on services, hours of service needed, venue and location of venue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Client contacts us 2. We schedule a free consultation to meet our client, learn about our client and thier event, identify what our client's needs are, answer questions and go over packages and prices. 3. Client signs contract and puts down a deposit to secure their date. We also provide the client with a deposit receipt and a questionnaire for for their event. 4. We meet with the client again two weeks before the event to go over the questionnaire and the details of the event. The final balance is also paid.
