Mike showed up on time for same-day service. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He replaced a broken thermocouple on a hot water heater in a bit over an hour, performing the work for less than the price some companies quoted to come out and diagnose the problem, and competitive with the price others quoted for parts install only. Would readily hire again and recommend highly.
