- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We grew up in a family of two head chefs produced out of World War II from Louisiana and the Philippians. In Culinary/Baking school we spent sometime on catering and events, in this area our Instructors gave us creative control and we just took it away. Soon after baking school we knew we had been equipped to offer services such as the work we had been expressing during studies. We also had been blessed to run the kitchen ministry at our church, where we prepared for events ,hosting in volumes over 200 people, in a full service kitchen. We had been approached to be hired to provide catering for a variety of other events. So we decided to go after it fully.
