I contacted Pete a couple of years ago at a time when I was having a tough time motivating myself to get to the gym. I'd been working many hours on a new business, and while the professional opportunitues appeared endless, my body was threatening to give out. Above all, I needed discipline and accountability. After the initial asessment, we embarked on a program. Within months I'd regained the strength, stamina, and posture that had been slipping away. I am 48 years old and extremely active. Things hurt sometimes. Business has not slowed down. Having someone acutely aware of what is going on with my physical well-being - often even moreso than my preoccupied self - is no longer a luxury. It's a necessiity.

Outstanding and knowledgeable. Pete is a great trainer because he actually knows about the body and how things work. He has helped me in moving toward an attainable goal and I've become stronger and healthier! One thing, I truly love about working with Pete is that he gives you the tough love you need in order to be the best that you can be. Don't look for sugar coating w/ him... look for results!

Pete has been my trainer for over 5 years. I started with Pete because I was losing the motivation to workout because I wasn't seeing results from my​ efforts. With Pete, I'm in the best shape of my life, and he still encourages me to get stronger. I appreciate that he pushes me to work hard without sacrificing my form. I highly recommend Pete.

Pete has been my trainer for several years. His knowledge of anatomy and exercise regimes is deep and excellent. He constantly updates our regimen so I don't grow bored and dissatisfied. The results have exceeded my expectations. My endurance and body may not be what they were in my 20s, but my strength and overall health are very good--thanks to Pete. PS - He's a good listener and conversationalist, too. Those skills come in handy over the weeks, months, and years of training.
