Jose is not a licensed contractor. He should've told me that when I asked him to pull the permit for the gas line job I needed done. Instead, he showed up for the job without a permit. When I asked him for his license, he said his friend would pull it for him. I offered to write the check for his friend once the permit is done. He refused to do the job at that point
