- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is by subscription. You book how many sessions you want per month. You pre-pay for one month's training at the end of our first training session that month. you're allowed to cancel one session for free and reschedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do a full assessment of movement and mobility, we will discuss the details of your day to day life, and make the tweaks we need to make so that I can design your perfect training plan based on you and your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience as a social and emotional learning speaker / Coach, I am certified as a personal trainer with the national Academy of sports medicine, and I am expert at changing behavior and changing bodies.
