If you want to waste time Jose is your man! We scheduled an appointment to view a job. I confirmed the evening before. He didn't show up and didn't leave a message. I was dumb enough to ask him to come out again. He was more than an hour late. He told me he'd send me a quote and never did. Couldn't tell you about the quality of his work.
