My kitchen floor grout was so dirty, we forgot the original color and thought a complete tear out or new grout was the only answer. I contacted Doug at Moore Tile & Stone. He returned my call promptly, and after looking at my floor told me they could perform a heavy duty grout cleaning instead of the more expensive alternatives and we made an appointment. Rick and Doug showed up on time and went to work on my floor. Two hours later, my floor was no longer a dark, grayish brown, but a beautiful light rose color! Every corner and up to the baseboards were cleaned and detailed. The sealer they applied is guaranteed 3-5 years. Overall, the communication, quality of work, professionalism, and fair price was first class. Thank you Rick and Doug!

Doug is always very informative and creative with his suggestions. He recently completed a master bathroom remodeling for us. It has received numerous compliments from both friends and family as well as from other professional tradesman. We appreciated his attentiveness to detail and his flexibility to our scheduling issues. Moore Tile will definitely be used again.
