FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Truthfully there isn't a "standard" customer. Everybody has different needs, expectations and budget. I can say that I am very easy to work with and can almost always work out something that works for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As I mentioned earlier, there isn't really a "typical" customer. However, the base of all events is generally the same. The customer wants to know, first and foremost how much they will need to spend and what they will get in return. I ask as many questions as possible to find out exactly what they want and to make sure we are the best fit. Once we are clearly on the same page, I will get everything written up and send to them to sign off. From there until the event, I will make sure to follow up and make sure nothing has changed. I also make sure to stay available to answer any questions that may pop up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my start in graphic design, so the element of composition and design was already deeply ingrained in me before I started photography. I took design classes at the Art Institute - San Francisco. As far as photography is concerned, I have hundreds of hours shooting and editing as well as tens of thousands of photos under my belt.
