- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing. All our projects are assessed and bid on an individual basis. We feel that every project is different and so are the customers thoughts on what they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is our top priority. What the customer is looking for in the project. Information is needed in construction details and finishes to give the most accurate quote as possible. We are able to give a 3D rendering to show the customer what there proposed project will look like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a State Certified Residential License. We take a diverse approach to deliver the highest level of satisfaction through skilled craftsmanship and many years of experience in the residential construction industry.
