Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, my husband and I had to redo them today to remove scum on toilets and tub. Kitchen cabinet tops were still greasy to touch, kitchen fixture not dusted. While Danielle was very pleasant I am very disappointed with the end result.

Again, I do apologize. Our slogan is "We don't leave until you're satisfied." I asked how everything was before I departed and you mentioned that everything was great. You were so pleased that you mentioned my company to your realtor (Kayla), who was also interested in our services. You stated that Kayla would be contacting us as well as you, for a monthly cleaning. I was under the impression that everything was superb, had I known, I would have made it right before I left. I'm willing to come back out to make things right. I'm even willing to take $40 off of your next scheduled cleaning and we will do a walk through together. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, please allow us to make it right. God bless!

My husband & I were extremely pleased with the services provided by A Helping Hand. The two representatives were prompt, polite, cooperative, efficient, and self-motivated, & we would definitely hire them again, should the need arise!
