- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain what I do for a first time customer and tell them about the chemicals that I use as well as the equipment. You are looking to hire a professional and you should expect a professional to bring some things to the table that you are unaware of. I will walk you through my process and then I will execute that process leaving you with better looking carpets then you could have imagined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the training for IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician and Water Restoration Technician and have passed both exams leading to Certification in both areas.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning carpets on Camp Pendleton and really enjoy the job. I took classes to educate myself and get better at what I do. I have also purchased extra equipment which helps me to be able to do an even better job.
