- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every installation is different we have a template where the project details are input based on a questionnaire or phone conversation and we calculate the quote on every individual situation. If the project is on a larger scale we like to provide a site survey for the client, to better see the details in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to find out first what the client is attempting to accomplish. Collect all the details of the project and submit an accurate estimate for the installation. Once accepted, schedule a date and time that works best for the client.
