Patrick takes exceptional customer service to a new level. I was a little worried about hiring him, as there were no existing Thumbtack reviews. However, Audra communicated very effectively and provided additional references. So, I took a chance and I am so glad that I met Audra and Patrick. The job involved a minor remodel of a bathroom, and Patrick has already made two urgent calls to address issues that were stopping progress. His actual piece, moving some plumbing and installing new, hasn't happened yet. But, I feel he's already saved the day by capping lines and repairing a major drain issue. I'm writing my review a bit early as my project will go on for a while. But, for others out there seeking a great plumber with top notch service and response time, I wanted to get this review posted. I plan to continue to hire Patrick for many jobs at my home. Highest recommendation.

We gather as much information about their project as possible and welcome answering any questions they may have. We work together to ensure they are completely satisfied and understand all work done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined 2 years in the plumbing/remodeling field working under a 25 year veteran in the industry and an apprenticeship through the city of San Diego. Licensed through Class1 Plumbing and Design.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Began working for Kustom Plumbing which has 20+ years in the business.
