- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and fees are case by case plumbing needs, sometimes one may tend to think it's a minor problem and it isn't and the cost is less, sometimes the cost may be thought of as less and in fact it's more so it varies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally ask series of questions to make sure I'm understanding their demands and then we work from there, if it's a job that exceeds my expertise, I simply decline the job..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
learned by on the job training til I was educated enough to go out on my own and apply for my business and plumbing licenses
