- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge from what I've experienced. I've learned charging by the hour isn't always the best route to go so I charge by the session, in most cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a quote. The customer comes to my studio and we talk about specifics and what exactly they are looking for. Then we schedule the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a natural learner, however, I've studied different techniques on site with several photographers. I practice every day shooting something different to broaden my range of knowledge. My eduction is from experience, not books. I've never had any complaints on my work.
