I charged flat fees based on the services needed to resolve any tax issue in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I begin working with a client, I first obtain a power of attorney. This allows me to access their IRS records and complete a full investigation of their tax issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in English studies. I then completed a paralegal certification to work in the law field. I started at a tax law firm and eventually earned my enrolled agent license. This allows me to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
