We change 10 percent of Rents collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for a property management in 2003 after 3 years in motel management , then decided to go to Stringhams Realestate School in Salt lake, and then after graduating Stringhams. I worked for Franklin Group as a Realtor in 2005 for only one year and sold Investment property and was doing property management there. I found my niche with Property Management and decided to just strictly do Property Management! So I started asking around and talked to a housing inspector for Ogden housing at the time who she would suggest? So I immediately called Wheeler and Associates and I have worked there ever since 2006 and love it!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family owned rentals and so I have been around this type of Buisness all my life it just came natural and I found my niche.
