FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
i started a 4 year plumbing Apprentixeship for a company called Mid atlamtic mechanical back in 1984. We were working on a 5 story HCA Hospital in Portsmouth New Hampshire when i was askwd if i would be interested in schooling 2 nights a week. i was excited.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have spent 20 years working for large companies and got tired of making owners rich. i have another 15 on my own working for Jane homeowner or a wealthy Venture capitalist. i had one property investor from Santa Barbara who owns 20 properties in Davis County who paid me to repair things that went wrong and keep tenants happy and i was suprised when he told me he had never seen any of his 20 properties here in Utah. As long as i did what was asked he paid me better than most customers. He simply wanted things to run smooth. i have worked for all different kinds of customers. Its important to focus on listening to what they actually want. Sometimes not as simple as it sounds.
