1 Star. Initially I was pleased with how quick they reached out to me to schedule a time to take care of my lawn. I opted for the Premium package which was supposed to include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, mulching and feeding and weeding. But all that was done was mowing and edging. After the landscapers “finished” and left, I tried twice to contact them through Thumbtack, but no response. I then sent them an email and left a voicemail. Still no response. I was finally able to get someone on the phone and I cancelled my service. I gave this co. multiple opportunities to contact me back to resolve the matter but never heard anything. I even waited to give my review to give them a chance to fulfill their end of the bargain. Never happened. Never using this company again.

Ensure they have contractors that can do the job, and actually contact you and reschedule with some urgency when they don't. This was worthless and I had to do the task, myself, when I really didn't have the time.

While we have a strong presence in most metropolitan areas, a lot depends on the contractor availability and schedules, and unfortunately, some places are more challenging than others.
