We bid on all kinds of jobs. If it is cut and dry we have a price. If we have questions we ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some form of communication that leads to a meeting at the job site. It is very hard to price a job without having eyes on it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Miles Maynor, have been in the construction industry in one capacity or another since 1994. Started out with rough-in framing new residential homes and have acquired many skills in the long journey since then including:commercial/residential post tension foundation work, as well as concrete sidewalks, add-ons, and decorative work, with a penchant for general contracting/home building.
