The first step is to get to know my clients and learn their daily activities and nutritional intake. This will help me to have a better understanding to provide them the best program personalized to fit their needs. The next step is to determine my new clients goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been active in fitness my entire life and have recently been detected to living a healthy lifestyle through exercise and dieting for the past six years. Currently, I am a personal training student with the NCCPT (National Council For Certified Personal Trainer) program and am about graduate. I have seen great results with my clients and have the experience to help you reach your goals.
