- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get more information via e-mail, phone, text or by making an appointment. We then suggest what we think would make their event/wedding perfect, and give them a contract to sign. we require a 40% deposit at the time of booking to hold your place on our calendar, and the remaining 60% two weeks prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our photographers are all trained at the collegiate level, and have years of freelance work as experience. Our catering team regularly tests their safety and cleanliness and our photobooths are routinely maintained and cleaned.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've working with non-profit organizations, the OKC Thunder NBA Team, ESPN, outdoor and indoor weddings, Museums, corporate events and parties and even children's birthday parties!
